"Since its inception in 2000, UPop has embraced and featured a wide variety of Asian Pop music from J-Pop and Rock (Japanese Pop) to C-Pop (China Pop) to K- Pop and Rock (Korean Pop) through specialty programming, weekly programs, and as part of our daily format," said Ted Kelly, WorldSpace Satellite Radio’s Program Director for UPop 29 and Vice President of Global Content Promotions and Events. "Shibuya Airwaves and their anime publications are great vehicles to let people know that UPop is home to J-Pop all around the world!" Kelly continued.
